      In the event of an accident, you must: Take photos and videos of the accident scene, the rented vehicle, and any third-party damages. Report the accident to the nearest police station and obtain a First Information Report (FIR) for major accidents. Notify Rentify Rentals immediately about the incident.

      Am I responsible for the repair costs if the rented two-wheeler is damaged in an accident?

      Yes, as the user, you are responsible for any damage costs incurred. The assessment made by Rentify Rentals regarding the damage will be considered final.

      Will I continue to be charged rental fees if the two-wheeler is under repair after an accident?

      Yes, you are required to continue paying the rental charges until the vehicle is repaired and returned from the garage.

      Where will the damaged two-wheeler be repaired? Can I choose the service center?

      All repairs will be conducted exclusively at brand-authorized service centers. Repairs at local workshops are strictly prohibited to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

  6. 7. Recovery Policies and Procedures at Rentify Rentals

      What are my payment obligations as a user?

      As a user, you are solely responsible for promptly settling any outstanding amounts owed to Rentify Rentals. This includes rental charges, penalties, damages, or any other applicable fees. All such payments must be made upon demand by the company.

      What happens if I incur fines or penalties during my rental period?

      You are fully responsible for any fines, penalties, and court costs incurred due to parking violations, traffic infractions, or any other legal breaches associated with the rented vehicle during the rental period. This liability remains in effect until the vehicle is returned.

      Will I be charged for costs incurred by Rentify Rentals in recovering outstanding payments?

      Yes, you agree to bear any costs incurred by Rentify Rentals, including but not limited to legally permissible reasonable fees, in the process of recovering outstanding payments. This applies to all rental services, including cars, bikes, and scooters.

      Am I responsible for objects left in the vehicle during the rental period?

      Rentify Rentals declines all responsibility for objects left in the vehicle during the rental period.

      What is my liability for injury to third parties or damage to the vehicle during the rental period?

      Rentify Rentals declines all responsibility for injury to third parties or damage to the vehicle which you may cause during the hiring period. You shall return the vehicle to the company in the condition in which the delivery of the same was taken, subject to normal wear and tear.

      Who is responsible for traffic rule violations during the rental period?

      The cost of any traffic rule violation during the rental tenure will be borne by you directly. In cases where a challan is received by the company via post upon completion of the agreement, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to you directly.

      What documents are required for verification purposes?

      For verification purposes, users are required to submit all necessary documents, including travel tickets, through online procedures. Physical documents may be requested for long-term bookings based on profile verification.
